Qualifications

• Degree or diploma holder in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of settlement or securities operations experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
• Proficient in MS Excel and comfortable in a dynamic yet collaborative environment.

Responsabilités

• Process daily clearing and reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• IPO subscriptions, corporate actions, and handle ad hoc operational projects as assigned.
• Follow SFC regulations and internal control procedures.
• Prepare settlement reports and support audit or regulatory requests.
• Work with custodians, brokers, and counterparties for settlement issues promptly.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and assist in system enhancements.
