Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in strategic planning, investment promotion, or project management, with notable case studies.
• Strong market analysis, strategic planning, and project management skills; capable of independently planning and implementing complex projects.
• Familiarity with investment promotion policies and processes, plus extensive business negotiation experience.
• In-depth understanding of the industry EX.IO operates in, with keen insights into industry trends.
• Excellent team management and organizational coordination abilities; able to lead a team and build relationships with partners at various levels.
• Strong resilience and problem-solving abilities, able to make quick decisions in a changing market environment.

• Develop and execute strategic development plans aligning long-term goals with short-term operations.
• Oversee investment promotion activities: formulate strategies, identify partners, organise negotiations, sign cooperation agreements, track progress.
• Manage project tasks from initiation to risk assessment and problem-solving to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor industry trends and market dynamics to provide strategic recommendations to decision-makers.
• Maintain cross-departmental communication to align resources with strategic goals.
• Lead market research and data analysis to support data-driven strategic decisions.
