Job summary

EX.IO is seeking a Financial Product Manager open to interns and fresh graduates in Hong Kong. You will develop and execute product strategies for a virtual assets trading platform, grounded in client needs and market trends.

You will support the sales team, analyze markets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new features while managing multiple projects under pressure. Fluency in English and Chinese is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field.
• 1–2 years in financial product management; digital currency experience preferred.
• HKSI Papers 1,7,8 or SFC Type 1 license preferred.
• Knowledge of financial products and markets.
• Strong market research and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; Mandarin preferred.
• Fresh graduates will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps for a virtual assets trading platform.
• Support sales with client communications and provide solutions.
• Research market opportunities and client needs.
• Identify opportunities from a financial market perspective and prepare proposals.
• Monitor industry trends, regulations, and market developments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new features.
• Handle additional projects as assigned.
