Job summary

EXIO (HK) LIMITED is seeking a Junior PR Specialist to join our marketing team in Hong Kong. You will craft press materials and coordinate media relationships to support our growth in Web3 fintech.

You'll work closely with the Head of Marketing, gain exposure to fintech and compliance communications, and help elevate EXIOʼs brand across local media and digital channels in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a Hong Kong PR agency or media outlet.
• Established connections with Hong Kong media, including finance, tech and Web3 outlets.
• Bilingual English and Chinese writing skills with professional content.
• Interest in Web3, fintech, and compliance, with a fast-learning mindset.

Responsibilities

• Craft press releases, feature articles, and social media content aligned with EXIO’s brand.
• Build relationships with Hong Kong media, coordinating interviews and campaigns.
• Support the Head of Marketing in developing strategic PR initiatives.
• Monitor industry trends and media coverage to provide PR insights.

Responsibilities:

Craft compelling press releases, feature articles, and social media content aligned with EXIOʼs culture, milestones, and brand vision

Build and nurture relationships with Hong Kongʼs local media, coordinating interviews, op-eds, and PR campaigns

Support the Head of Marketing in developing and executing strategic PR initiatives

Monitor industry trends and media coverage, providing actionable PR insights

Amplify key company moments, such as events and product launches, through impactful PR efforts

Help manage and elevate EXIOʼs brand reputation across channels and platforms

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in a Hong Kong PR agency or media outlet

Established connections with Hong Kongʼs mainstream media, including finance, tech, and Web3-focused outlets

Exceptional bilingual (English and Chinese) writing skills, with a knack for creating engaging, professional content

Passion for Web3, fintech, and compliance, with a hunger to learn fast
