Job summary

Marsh in Hong Kong is seeking a talented Risk Management professional to join our team. Based in Hong Kong, you will manage a portfolio of large multinational clients, handle renewals, inquiries, and develop solutions across MMC services.

You will work with placement, specialty, claims and risk consulting teams, deliver timely client service, monitor profitability and ensure service standards. Fluent English and Chinese are essential; a strong underwriting background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in insurance, risk management or related field is required.
• IIQE or ANZIIF qualification is required.
• 8+ years of work experience in general insurance, preferably underwriting background.
• Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, dedicated and flexible.
• Diligent and organized with good time management and efficiency.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for implementation of the Marsh Professional Standard and guidelines for assigned accounts.
• Coach other team members to deliver timely and focused customer service

What you need to have:

• Bachelor degree holder in insurance, risk management or any relevant field
• IIQE or ANZIIF qualification is required
• 8+ work experience in general insurance preferably underwriting background
• Selling to education industry is a plus
• Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, dedicated and flexible
• Diligent and organized, good time management and efficient
• Proficient in the use of the computer including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
