Job summary

The role requires 2–3 years in a multinational/private banking environment, fluency in English and Mandarin, and tertiary education. Strong communication, multitasking, and a customer-first attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in a multinational corporation or private banking environment.
• Tertiary education or above.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary front-of-house contact for clients, visitors, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage emails and phone inquiries with courteous, accurate responses.
• Coordinate meeting room reservations and setup for internal meetings.
• Maintain clean, professional front-of-house area and coordinate with facilities.
