Job summary

DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Service Ambassador for the COO Office/Business Management & Support in The Center. You will provide professional front-of-house and administrative support, acting as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring an excellent client experience.

The role requires English and Mandarin proficiency, 2–3 years in a multinational/private banking setting, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Mandarin spoken and written.
• 2–3 years of experience in multinational or private banking.
• Bachelor degree or above.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook/Excel).

Responsibilities

• Serve as front-of-house and handle inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and customer-focused manner.
• Manage emails and calls with prompt, courteous responses.
• Coordinate meeting room reservations and setup.
• Maintain front-of-house area and assist with upkeep.
• Coordinate tea/refreshments for meetings.
• Support service excellence and client experience improvements.
• Handle courier management and document handling.
• Procure office supplies and perform general admin tasks.
• Assist PB/TPC on ad-hoc projects and adapt to changing priorities.
