Savencia Food Service Premium Hong Kong is seeking a friendly Customer Service & Order Management Representative to serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, manage orders, and support the operations team. The role requires strong communication, Cantonese/English fluency, and a proactive approach to resolving issues.

You will coordinate with the 3PL provider, maintain accurate records, and generate regular service reports.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the food distribution industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information
• Address and resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism and empathy
• Process customer orders efficiently, coordinating with the operations team and 3PL provider to ensure timely delivery
• Monitor order status and communicate updates to customers as needed
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
• Gather customer feedback and insights to improve service delivery and client satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and feedback
• Prepare regular reports on customer service activities and performance metrics
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless communication and coordination
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to service improvement initiatives
