Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients via WhatsApp/email regarding designs and quotes, issue invoices, confirm order specs, and assign delivery drivers.
• Cross-check order details (flavors, names, colors, dates, add-ons) against invoices and kitchen/packing outputs before products leave the door.
• Utilize checklists to eliminate recurring errors and help formalize operational procedures.
• Ensure clear communication across sales, kitchen, packing, and delivery teams.
• Photograph finished orders, manage photo archives, update website listings, and assist with corporate outreach and social media postings.
