Job summary

Breguet is seeking a Brand Ambassador for its Hong Kong boutique. You will deliver exceptional client experiences, drive sales, and represent the brand at local events, while upholding the highest standards of service and product knowledge.

The role requires a strong luxury retail background, fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and English, and a passion for Fine Watchmaking. A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail or hospitality.
• Excellent client service and attention to detail.

• Intellectual curiosity and a passion for learning.
• Strong interest in Fine Watchmaking and Arts de Vivre.

Responsibilities

• Sales and business development.
• Provide excellent client experience and timely follow-up for prospective clients and owners.
• Propose clients for, and participate in, local activation events in line with the Brand Universe.
• Support colleagues in their sales by helping to prepare invoices, gifts, packaging.
• Ensure requests and enquiries are followed up promptly.
• Develop and maintain a high level of sales technique and watchmaking savoir-faire knowledge.
• Actively participate in the proper maintenance of the boutique: product displays, props set-up, etc.
• Understand and respect all operating and security guidelines.
• Follow the security and proper maintenance of stock timepieces.

The Brand Ambassador provides exceptional experiences for all visitors to the boutique in order to build long‑term relationships and achieve sales targets. Working together with colleagues, the Boutique Manager and the Breguet management team, the Brand Ambassador helps ensure that every client experiences the high level of service worthy of a Breguet timepiece.

Key Accountabilities:

• Sales and Business Development


• Provide excellent client experience and timely, pertinent follow‑up for both prospective clients and owners (Customer service) in order to achieve the sales targets


• Propose clients for, and participate in, local activation events in line with the Brand Universe


• Support colleagues in their sales by helping to prepare invoices, gifts, packaging


• Ensure requests and enquiries (online, email, phone) are followed up in a timely manner


• Develop and maintain a high level of sales technique and watchmaking savoir‑faire knowledge


• Actively participate in the proper maintenance of the boutique: product displays, props set‑up, etc.


• Understand and respect all operating and security guidelines


• Follow the security and proper maintenance of stock timepieces

Candidate Profile:

• Previous sales experience in a luxury Retail boutique or Hospitality industry


• Excellent client service and attention to details


• Entrepreneurial spirit to develop your own business and build long‑lasting client relationships


• Team player with good interpersonal skills and a \"can do\" attitude


• Intellectual curiosity and a passion for learning


• Strong interest in the universes of Fine Watchmaking and Arts de Vivre


• Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
