Job summary

UOB Kay Hian (Hong Kong) Limited in Hong Kong invites fresh graduates to join our private wealth management training track. You will learn client onboarding, account maintenance, and gain exposure to bonds, funds, structured products and OTC derivatives while supporting Sales and Products teams.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate with a degree or diploma (<2 years of experience).
• Finance, STEM or accounting majors is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• A passion for financial markets, investment strategies, and client service.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
• Effectively using AI is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete training modules on investing and financial products.
• Support Sales on day-to-day tasks including: client enquiries; account opening and review; pre-trade, trade and post-trade process; record keeping and file management; complete relevant documentation requirements.
• Support the Products team on day-to-day engagement and operation including: product design and pricing; product lifecycle management; product performance and portfolio review; product due diligence (back up).
• Participate in Products team ad-hoc projects.
