Job summary

• University degree in finance, accounting or related discipline.
• At least one year of equity capital markets experience.
• Proven track record in executing IPOs, placements or block trades.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent spoken Mandarin and English.
• Experience with AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform internal approval procedures, industry and market research, comparable valuation analysis, shareholding analysis and preparation of presentations
• Liaise with syndicates, sales, corporate clients and investors during deal execution
• Actively involve in client pitches, market research and ideas generation for the team
• Perform other job duties as assigned from times to time

Requirements

• Excellent spoken Mandarin and English
• Effectively using AI is preferred
