Job summary

UOB Kay Hian (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a seasoned product professional to support the Head of Products and supervise the Product Support team in Hong Kong. The role involves coordinating initiatives across Structured Products, Bonds and Mutual Funds, and collaborating with Sales, Compliance, Risk, Operations and external counterparties.

You will act as an investment consultant and product specialist, assisting Sales with client pitches, portfolio reviews and investment ideas, while

Qualifications

• Degree holder or above.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in product management or related front-office roles.
• SFC licensed (Type 1, 2 & 4).
• Proven supervisory and people-management experience.
• Fluent in English, Chinese and Mandarin; strong communication skills.

• Lead and coordinate product initiatives across Structured Products, Bonds, and Mutual Funds, including product due diligence and ongoing monitoring, while working closely with Sales, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and external counterparties
• Act as an investment consultant and product specialist, supporting Sales in client pitches, portfolio reviews, and investment ideas
• Provide product training, marketing support, and presentations to Sales and relevant departments
• Prepare termsheets on a per‑trade basis

Requirements

• Degree holder or above
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in product management, structured products, fixed income, or related front‑office roles
• SFC licensed (Type 1, 2 & 4)
• Proven supervisory / people‑management experience
• Strong product knowledge and client‑facing communication skills
• Excellent command of English, Chinese, and Mandarin
• Effectively using AI is preferred
