Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relationship management experience in private/commercial/investment banking.
• Proven track record in client acquisition, asset growth and revenue.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail; ability to think creatively and solve problems.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and wealth management products.
• Strong focus on client servicing.
• Fluent English and Mandarin; Cantonese helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide full wealth management and banking services to HSBC’s high net worth clients.
• Establish and manage private banking relationships to grow AUM and revenue.
• Monitor client portfolios to identify opportunities and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with HSBC departments to cross-sell relevant products.
• Work with credit advisors to offer bespoke lending solutions.
• Leverage HSBC channels and network for International Private Wealth business.
• Ensure compliance with risk, regulatory and financial crime controls.
