Job summary

Delta Asia Financial Group in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Head of Human Resources to shape and execute people strategies that attract, develop and retain top talent across the Group.

You will partner with the Chairman & Group CEO to lead HR and administration, drive talent acquisition, learning, and organizational development, and foster a high-performance culture while leveraging technology to streamline processes. Occasional travel to Macau is expected.

Qualifications

• University graduate in HR-related discipline.
• 15+ years solid and hands-on all-rounded HR experiences, preferably experience in banking industry or financial institutions;
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and presentation skills with experience in working with executive level
• Demonstrated high proficiency in problem solving, analytical skills, organizational skills; and influencing skills
• Thrive in a fast-paced ever-changing environment with validated abilities to multi-task
• Experience in change management and organization development in a growth phase
• Occasionally travel to Macau is required

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute HR strategies to attract, develop and retain talent; support the organisation's vision and mission
• Lead full spectrum of HR and administrative functions; drive talent acquisition and retention programs to position the Group as an employer of choice
• Develop strategic resourcing plans and provide effective solutions on talent acquisition and retention for current and long-term needs
• Act as HR Business Partner and SME to provide professional HR solutions to business units on all HR aspects
• Develop and drive HR transformation and change management programs in support of Group strategies
• Partner with management to drive a high performance culture through learning interventions, performance management and engagement
• Enable the organization to reach business results through training, development and organizational development initiatives
• Improve operating efficiency by streamlining HR processes and integrating compensation, benefits and training administration
