Hong Kong Executive Search is seeking a Director of Human Resources & Administration for a HK-listed diversified group. The role leads HR & Admin, shapes policies, and drives people development across the group.

The candidate will coordinate HR information management and help embed the corporate culture while supporting subsidiaries in building professional teams. Excellent communication and leadership are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• At least 10 years of relevant work experience.
• Fluent in Cantonese, Putonghua and English.
• Proven experience in diverse group management and leadership roles.
• Strong systematic thinking and holistic management awareness.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage expectations.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and manage the group’s HR & Admin functions.
• Lead the HR & Admin team to develop and enhance policies and procedures.
• Support business units and subsidiaries in team development.
• Enhance the group’s HR information management capabilities.
• Coordinate the implementation of the group’s corporate culture initiatives.

Conocimientos

Fluency in Cantonese, Putonghua & Eng.

Educación

Bachelor's degree or above in HR/Management
