Job summary

Delta Asia Financial Group is seeking a Senior HR leader responsible for formulating and executing HR strategies across the Group. You will lead talent acquisition, development, and retention initiatives while driving transformation, learning, and organizational development to support growth.

The role requires 15+ years in HR, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with executive management. Occasional travel to Macau is expected.

Qualifications

• University graduate in HR-related discipline.
• 15+ years solid HR experience, preferably in banking or financial institutions.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• High proficiency in problem solving, analytics, and organizational skills.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with multi-tasking ability.
• Experience in change management and organizational development during growth.
• Occasionally travel to Macau is required.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute HR strategies to attract, develop and retain talent.
• Oversee full spectrum of HR and administrative functions, including talent acquisition and retention programs.
• Develop strategic resourcing plans and provide HR solutions to business units.
• Act as HR Business Partner to support all HR aspects across the Group.
• Drive HR transformation and change management aligned with strategies.
• Partner with management to foster high performance via learning and engagement.
• Enable training and organizational development initiatives to reach business results.
• Improve operating efficiency by streamlining HR processes and leveraging technology.
