Job summary

J Blooming International Limited in Hong Kong seeks an Operations Manager & Chef to lead a central kitchen, bridging culinary creation with operational efficiency in high-volume production.

You will oversee menu planning, quality control, logistics, and staff management to support a growing food business, with a focus on hygiene and cost control. Fluency in English and Cantonese is expected, with immediate availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related experience in F&B.
• Professional culinary training and valid food hygiene manager certificates are highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Good command of English and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day mass food production, menu planning, and recipe standardization.
• Enforce strict hygiene, sanitation, and safety guidelines across production line.
• Monitor food costs, minimize waste, manage budgets, and optimize labor.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise kitchen and production staff.
