Job summary

1957 & Co. (Management) Limited seeks an experienced Operations Manager (F&B) to lead daily restaurant outlet operations across front-of-house, kitchen, and venues. You will ensure food quality, service standards, hygiene, and event execution to drive growth.

In a multi-outlet environment, you will monitor labour and food costs, manage inventory, and develop SOPs. You will recruit, train, schedule, and develop a high-performing team while maintaining safety and English/Chinese language

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Hospitality, F&B Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in F&B operations management, preferably in a multi-outlet environment.
• Strong leadership, people management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid experience in cost control, inventory management, and operational planning.
• Familiar with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of restaurant outlets, including front-of-house, kitchen operations, venue maintenance, and new store setup
• Ensure high standards of food quality, customer service, food safety, and hygiene compliance
• Plan and execute events, promotions, and private functions to drive business growth
• Monitor and control labour costs, food costs, inventory, wastage, and daily cash handling
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve SOPs, operational workflows, and internal guidelines to enhance efficiency and consistency
• Lead recruitment, staff scheduling, training, performance management, and team development
• Drive operational excellence and achieve business, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets
