Job summary

Nityo Infotech Limited is seeking a senior program manager/change lead to drive end-to-end transformation for an insurance/financial services oriented project in Hong Kong. The candidate will manage change strategy, business readiness and stakeholder engagement across ICHS initiatives.

The role requires hands-on execution of change activities, with the ability to articulate change management experience during interviews and coordinate across diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Senior program manager, change manager or transformation lead background.
• Experience driving changes/adoption in large-scale programs.
• Experience in insurance, banking or financial services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end change management for the ICHS program and drive change strategy and stakeholder engagement.
• Work on Integrated Claims & Health Solution (ICHS) initiatives.
• Lead ongoing change management for the ICHS project and ensure timely delivery of plans.
• Formulate strategies and align with stakeholders to implement change management plans.
• Focus on business transformation for claims and health pillars using a new platform.

Job description

• Must be senior candidate with overall 6-10 years work experience with below must have experience and skills.
• Must have proven experience in driving changes/adoption, ideally for operations transformation project, or claims/operation transformation or insurance operations project or claims enhancement project. The candidate should be hands-on in driving transformation activities and being able to explain well about his/her change management experience during the interview.
• ideally from insurance/banking/financial services industry.
• Must have excellent coordination and organization skills among key stakeholders and logical thinking skills in driving and implementing the change.

Background: senior program manager, change manager, transformation lead. Need someone who is senior, managing high-level, and hands-on in driving the change.

HM is not open to scrum master or Project Manager. HM is not open to consultant, as he needs candidate who can be hands-on in driving and implementing the change.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end change management for the ICHS program, driving change strategy, business readiness, stakeholder engagement.
