Job summary

Argyll Scott is supporting a Tier-1 insurer in Hong Kong on a landmark Claims and Health Transformation programme. The role leads end-to-end change strategy and roadmaps across Claims, Contact Centre, Operations and Distribution, with high-visibility stakeholder exposure.

The role requires 6–10 years in change management and operations transformation, plus experience with system implementations and operating-model change. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years change management and operations transformation experience required.
• Experience in claims processing or related operations transformation preferred.
• Insurance/health/financial services background advantageous.
• Experience with system implementations and operating model change.
• Ability to perform change impact assessment, readiness and adoption measurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end change strategy and integrated roadmap for Claims and Health team.
• Conduct business impact assessments across claims and operations.
• Build business readiness plans, change risk registers, mitigation actions.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, communications, and user adoption.

Role Duties
