Argyll Scott in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Manager to lead end-to-end change strategy for the Claims and Health team within a Tier-1 insurer. The role offers high-visibility with senior stakeholders across Claims, Contact Centre, Operations and Distribution and requires Cantonese capability.

You will drive adoption, develop training plans, and oversee go-live readiness, stabilisation and benefits realisation, with immediate interviews and a hybrid working model.

Competenze

• 6–10 years change management and operations transformation experience.
• Experience with insurance, health, or financial services background preferred.
• Claims processing or related operations transformation experience.
• Experience with system implementations and operating model change.
• Change impact assessment, readiness, adoption measurement.
• Agile or phased-release delivery experience is an advantage.
• Hong Kong PR / local candidate — Cantonese required.
• Strong executive communication and facilitation skills.
