Job summary

Michael Page International (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Change Management / Programme Manager to drive large-scale transformation initiatives. You will lead change strategies, engage stakeholders, and ensure readiness across multiple workstreams.

The successful candidate will have 6–10+ years in Change/Programme Management, deep experience in insurance or financial services, and fluency in English and Cantonese. A PMP and/or certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in Change Management or Programme Management.
• Experience delivering operational or insurance transformation.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Background in Insurance, Banking or Financial Services preferred.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese.
• PMP and/or Change Management certification.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Change Management / Programme Manager should have:

• Proven experience delivering operational transformation, claims transformation, or insurance change programmes.
• Strong hands-on experience driving organisational change and user adoption.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Background in Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services preferred.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• PMP and/or Change Management certification.
• Experience within Claims, Health Insurance, or Operations Transformation.
