Job summary

Gravitas Recruitment Group (Global) Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale operational transformation initiatives within the insurance sector. You will oversee cross‑functional programmes spanning onboarding, claims and servicing, driving end‑to‑end process improvements.

This role requires hands‑on leadership to map and redesign workflows, apply Lean and continuous improvement, manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders, and support AI-enabled transformations

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Project Management experience within Insurance or FS
• Experience leading large-scale operational transformation programmes
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills
• Knowledge of Lean methodologies and process improvement

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate transformation initiatives across onboarding, claims, and servicing functions.
• Map, analyse, and re-engineer complex operational workflows to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Drive process optimisation using Lean and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Manage multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups to ensure successful project delivery.
• Balance strategic programme oversight with hands‑on involvement in process analysis and redesign.
• Support technology and AI-enabled operational transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• at least 3 years of Project Management experience within Insurance or FS industry.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of insurance underwriting, policy servicing and claims operations.
• Hands‑on experience in operational transformation, process mapping, workflow redesign, and business process reengineering.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional coordination skills.
• Ability to work at both strategic and detailed operational levels.
• Consulting or transformation consulting background is highly preferred.
• Exposure to Lean methodology and operational excellence initiatives.
