Job summary

Michael Page International (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Change Management / Programme Manager to drive large-scale transformation initiatives. You will lead change strategies, engage stakeholders, and ensure readiness across multiple workstreams.

The successful candidate will have 6–10+ years in Change/Programme Management, deep experience in insurance or financial services, and fluency in English and Cantonese. A PMP and/or certification is preferred.

Qualifications

6–10+ years in Change Management or Programme Management.
Experience delivering operational or insurance transformation.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Background in Insurance, Banking or Financial Services preferred.
Fluent in English and Cantonese.
PMP and/or Change Management certification.
Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute change management strategies for large-scale transformation initiatives.
Drive stakeholder engagement, communications, and business readiness activities.
Partner with business and project teams to ensure successful adoption of new processes and platforms.
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and manage change impacts across multiple workstreams.
Monitor change effectiveness, risks, and adoption outcomes to support successful programme delivery.
