Job summary

Michael Page International (HK) Ltd is seeking a Change Management / Programme Manager to lead and execute change strategies for large-scale transformations in the insurance/financial services sector. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and business readiness activities.

Candidates should have 6-10+ years in change management or programme management, English and Cantonese fluency, and a relevant degree with PMP or Change Management certification.

Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of experience in Change Management, Programme Management, or Business Transformation.
• Hands-on experience driving organisational change and user adoption.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Background in Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services preferred.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• PMP and/or Change Management certification.
• Experience within Claims, Health Insurance, or Operations Transformation.
