Job summary

HKCT is seeking a facilities manager to oversee daily campus operations and lead a dedicated support team. The role includes coordinating campus services, ensuring smooth event setups, and supervising providers for cleaning, security, and gardening.

The ideal candidate will have a Higher Diploma/Associates and at least 4 years’ relevant experience, with strong English/Chinese communication and proficient MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or Associate Degree in Facilities Management / Property Management / Business Administration or equivalent.
• 4+ years’ experience, with at least 2 years in facilities management.
• Proficient in MS Office; Chinese word processing; English typing.
• Good command of written English and Chinese.
• Independent with strong responsibility and good organization skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered as Assistant Officer.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily campus facilities operation to ensure smooth campus services.
• Lead a supporting team to complete assigned duties.
• Support campus events, including venue setup and material supply.
• Monitor performance of on-site service providers for cleaning, security and gardening.
• Handle emergency matters as required.
