Job summary

AIA Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Campaign Manager to oversee multi-channel campaign initiatives for insurance products. You will design offers, optimize profitability, and ensure timely execution with a customer-first mindset.

Leading collaboration across Operations, Marketing and Distribution, you will translate insights into actionable campaigns, manage timelines, and support inquiries while contributing to a strengthened customer journey.

Qualifications

University degree with 10–15 years of insurance industry experience preferred.
Experience with campaign implementation and execution (business requirements, specs, UAT).
Ability to develop and communicate marketing materials (leaflets, brochures).
Strong interpersonal, communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

Design and implement compelling offers for insurance products to drive growth.
Drive innovative campaign ideas and strategies.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights using data analytics.
Handle post-campaign enquiries from customers or internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with Operations, Agency, Partnership Distribution, Marketing to execute campaigns.
Participate in Product Implementation Taskforce and PGS meetings as needed.
Manage campaign appeals across channels.
Support ad-hoc projects and other duties as required.
