Job summary

AIA Shared Services is seeking a hybrid Campaign Manager to oversee and manage multi-channel campaign initiatives, ensuring quality and timely delivery. You will optimize new business profitability, prepare campaign sales tools, and handle appeals and enquiries, while partnering with cross-functional teams to improve the customer journey.

Qualifications

• University degree with around 10–15 years of working experience in insurance industry preferred.
• Experience with campaign implementation and execution (gathering business requirements, reviewing functional specs, conducting user acceptance testing).
• Ability to work under stress with tight timelines and strong project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement compelling offers for insurance products to drive business growth.
• Drive innovation to deliver new campaign ideas and strategies.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights leveraging data analytics.
• Handle post-campaign follow-up and respond to enquiries from customers or internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Operations, Agency, Partnership Distribution, Marketing, and other teams to execute campaigns.
• Participate in Product Implementation Taskforce and PGS meetings to ensure timely implementation.
• Manage and handle campaign appeals through various channels.
• Support ad-hoc projects and other duties as required.
