Job summary

AIA in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Manager to drive delivery of technology solutions for Insurance Product Implementation, Campaign Initiation, Healthcare, and Risk initiatives. You will own end-to-end delivery, coordinate onshore and offshore resources, and align business needs with technology across multiple teams.

Fluent in English with strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills. AI-driven delivery, governance, and enterprise standards are key priorities in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of IT experience including systems analysis, development, delivery or support with leadership.
• Experience managing onshore and offshore delivery resources, vendors and multiple priorities.
• Insurance or financial-services experience is strongly preferred; product implementation, campaign management or related platforms are advantageous.
• Hands-on experience in AI implementation and AI-assisted software delivery is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of insurance product implementation, campaign delivery, and risk projects.
• Coordinate onshore and offshore teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure scope, schedule, and quality.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and solution design.
• Provide technical guidance, drive testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
