Responsibilities

• Develop and execute agency incentive campaigns, contests, and recognition programs.
• Manage end‑to‑end campaign implementation, including planning, tracking, rewards fulfillment, and post‑campaign evaluation.
• Prepare business projections, campaign updates, performance reports, and dashboards.
• Analyze sales performance and agency trends to generate actionable insights for decision making.
