Job summary

Teads Studio in Hong Kong is seeking a Creative Strategist to architect bespoke campaign strategies that drive regional commercial success. You will elevate agency partnerships, design high-performing responses, and grow revenue across APAC.

You will lead creative workshops across Hong Kong, Taiwan, and China, collaborate with an elite sales team, and mentor one Designer to foster local creative excellence.

Qualifications

• Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Creative Strategy, or related field.
• Proven experience in a digital or creative role guiding talent.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin for cross-regional collaboration.
• Strong consultative, presentation, and client-facing skills.
• Knowledge of mobile-first video and display campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead and architect campaign strategies to meet client KPIs.
• Facilitate workshops across APAC regions and partner with sales.
• Manage and mentor one Designer to drive creative excellence.
