Job summary

OOCL is seeking an Assistant Manager – Compensation & Benefits to lead digitally driven C&B workflows in its Corporate HR team. You will contribute to policy review, statutory compliance and business support while overseeing payroll, MPF, taxation, leave, benefits and expatriate management.

You will also coordinate pay surveys, budgeting, salary reviews and bonus distributions, and drive HRIS updates and analytics with Power BI and Excel.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, business administration or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of C&B experience, preferably in an MNC.
• Experience with expatriate tax management a plus.
• Proven track record in C&B revamps and policy implementations.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills using Excel/Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Drive revamp and digitalization of C&B workflows.
• Review and formulate C&B policies to ensure compliance.
• Handle payroll, MPF, taxation, leave, benefits and expatriate management.
• Manage pay trend surveys, budgeting, salary reviews and bonus distribution.
• Update, maintain and enhance HRIS systems.
