Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Proven track record in HR operations, payroll, and compensation & benefits.
• Experience leading HR shared services teams and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the C&B operations team delivering HR shared services.
• Oversee payroll review and validation for accuracy and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement to streamline workflows and service delivery.
• Review and standardize HR processes, policies, and operating procedures across the lifecycle.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify automation, digitalization, and system enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies.
• Prepare HR operational reports and analyses for management decisions.
• Act as SME and escalation point for complex HR operational and payroll matters.
