About the Role: Are you highly presentable, organized, and passionate about delivering premium service?

We are partnering with a top-tier global Investment Bank to find a smart and proactive Inventory Coordinator to sit directly within their Investment Banking Division (IBD). Whether you are a bright fresh graduate, a Senior Office Admin, or coming from a luxury brand warehouse background, if you have a "can-do" attitude and exceptional customer service skills, this is a fantastic opportunity for you!

What You Will Do:

Manage Inventory: Oversee, track, and distribute a wide range of division inventory-including laptops and tech equipment, as well as corporate gifts, office materials, and general supplies.

System Setup Assistance: Be the helpful go-to person when sales staff and traders need assistance setting up their system access, apps, trading platforms, and email (e.g., Gmail).

Premium Ad-Hoc Support: Provide fast, polite, and "white-glove" support to VIP banking professionals, ensuring they have the tools and access they need to work smoothly.

Who We Are Looking For:

Experience: Open to fresh graduates, experienced Office Admins, or candidates with luxury brand/premium warehouse coordination experience.

Attitude is Everything: You are highly presentable, smart, and genuinely willing to roll up your sleeves to help the team.

Customer-First Mindset: You possess an exceptional customer service attitude and communicate professionally.
