Job summary

Sigma Optical (HK) Ltd. is looking for a Logistics Specialist to manage spare parts and IT device logistics. Responsibilities include arranging day-to-day tasks for warehouse staff, preparing invoices, and placing orders with the head office.

Coordinate with the Dispatch department to receive goods from the head office.

Requirements

• Diploma or above

• Basic knowledge and skills in bookkeeping is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities
• Proven ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Fluent in Cantonese and English
