Job summary

CEB International Investment Corporation Limited in Wan Chai is seeking a Fresh Welcome Business Analyst/Project Management for a Banking AI project. You will gather, analyse and document business requirements from banking stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.

You will coordinate UAT plans, work with Front Office and Back Office stakeholders, IT and Vendors, conduct data and issues analyses for FX, MM, precious metals and assist in project management and implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Fresh graduate or early-career professional with strong analytical abilities.

Fresh Welcome Business Analyst/ Project Management/ Banking

Banking Business Analyst / Project Management Assistant for a Banking AI project. The role involves gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements from banking stakeholders to inform project scope and objectives, working closely with Front Office to Back Office department stakeholders, IT and Vendors. You will prepare User Acceptance Test (UAT) plans and coordinate overall UAT, conduct Data and Issues Analysis and/or Account Posting Analysis for FX, MM, Precious Metal, and assist in project management and implementation. Fresh talent will receive training.

Business Analyst

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements from banking stakeholders to inform project scope and objectives
• Work closely with Front Office to Back Office (Settlement, Accounting) department stakeholders, ITs and Vendors
• Prepare User Acceptance Test (UAT) plans and coordinate overall UAT
• Conduct Data and Issues Analysis and/or Account Posting Analysis for FX, MM, Precious Metal
• Assist in project management and implementation

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance or a related discipline
• Fresh graduate or early-career professional with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
