We are seeking a Business Solution and Change Manager to define consistent business process and be responsible for implementing our new time attendance system (TAS) and Digital rostering system (DRS). We operate in multiple countries and need consistent business processes across all the markets we operate in. This position will have frequent direct exposure to business process owners and subject matter experts across different business functions within the organization.

Job Responsibilities

• Requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
• Conduct change impact analysis
• Prioritize requirements and obtained approval from stakeholders
• Strong Cost/Benefit focus to ensure effort is focused on true business value
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements.
• Design high level process and technology solution
• Verify final technology solutions and obtained signed off from business users
• Perform QA and SIT to the solution
• Support User Acceptance Test
• Liaise effectively with technical team
• Create communication plans to ensure change adoption
• Track adoption metrics and KPIs for post implementation

Job Requirements

• Strong experience with IT business analysis and change management in large scale enterprise (HR system experience is a plus)
• Creative and willing to drive change including being well-organized and able to work independently.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
• Strong business and/or systems analysis experience including business process mapping, defining requirements/user stories, solution design and implementation.
• Familiar with managing external vendors and able to communicate with users across all levels
• Experience working in a highly matrixed organisation
• Demonstrates a strong awareness of the uses of retail technologies within the industry sector and specifically within competitive or associated organisations operating in the same market
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience working in sizable company with a key role to work as a business analyst.
