Job summary

ZA Bank Limited is seeking an Operations Support professional for the Business Lending Team to ensure smooth processing of account openings, loan documentation, drawdowns and related tasks in a fast-paced digital banking environment in Hong Kong.

You will coordinate with Relationship Managers and internal departments to maintain high service standards while ensuring compliance with KYC/AML and internal policies. Strong English and Cantonese communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related disciplines.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in banking, preferably in commercial lending, loan operations, credit support or corporate account services.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and risk awareness.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese is essential; Mandarin is an advantage).
• Knowledge of Hong Kong banking products, loan processes, KYC and AML requirements is preferred.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Team player with a proactive and service-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Account Opening & Maintenance: Support opening business banking accounts and amendments; ensure compliance with KYC, AML and procedures.
• Credit Application Support: Conduct credit information searches and organize data for assessment.
• Loan Documentation & Processing: Prepare, review and process loan documents; maintain filing records.
• Loan Drawdown / Rollover: Handle daily drawdown, rollover, repayment and disbursements; verify conditions precedent and coordinate with internal parties.
• General Support & Coordination: Liaise between customers, Relationship Managers and internal departments; handle inquiries and ad-hoc projects.
