DBS Bank Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Operations leader to oversee Corporate Account Services and Channel Management. This role focuses on process management, risk controls, and delivering reliable service to business partners.

You will guide a team, optimize workflows, and ensure compliance with AML, UDMA governance, and regulatory standards while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar banking/financial services role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of colleagues.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficient in relevant banking systems and software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the section manager to manage day-to-day activities of Corporate Account Services.
• Handle CIF creation, account opening, change of mandate, and related tasks in AOS/Finacle/IAH in line with procedures.
• Respond to inquiries from partners/customers on service and account processing matters.
• Suggest streamlining processes to improve productivity and control.
• Provide coordination, guidance, and coaching to section members.
• Support system enhancements, testing, and regulatory reporting.
