Job summary

Clearwater Analytics is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive growth in APAC, focusing on Asset Management and Insurance sectors from Hong Kong. You will engage stakeholders via calls, emails, and LinkedIn, building relationships and a robust pipeline.

The role requires Mandarin or Cantonese, strong communication, and proactive prospecting using Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo and High Spot. Join a high-growth team in a flexible, client-centric environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting or related area preferred.
• 1+ years in Business Development or Inside Sales role.
• Mandarin or Cantonese proficiency required.
• Strong communication, organizational and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and identify customer needs through relevant events and tailor sales communications.
• Source, prepare for and participate in meetings with prospective clients.
• Promote Clearwater's products/services to address or anticipate client objectives to grow the pipeline.
• Create and maintain client information in the CRM database.
• Collaborate with closers and support deals as they move through the sales funnel.
• Build qualified pipeline across APAC Asset Management or Insurance markets in Hong Kong.

Using advanced technology, the representative and their team will proactively reach out to potential customers within Asset Management and Insurance through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
