Job summary

Manpower Services (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Business Development/ Operations Manager with experience in a large Chinese tech firm. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to craft tailored solutions.

You will conduct market research, monitor trends and competitors, prepare compelling proposals, and report pipeline status to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business-related field
• 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or similar role
