HN Group Limited is seeking a dynamic professional to participate in expanding existing businesses and improving performance in the China market. The role involves identifying opportunities, planning strategies, and conducting financial analyses to support new operations.
You will negotiate with clients, sustain long-term relationships, and work with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience to drive market share while ensuring alignment with global standards and brand equity growth.
Participate in the management of existing businesses, focusing on market expansion and performance enhancement.
Support new business development, including identifying market opportunities, devising strategic plans, conducting financial analysis/feasibility studies, and setting up new operations.
Responsible for identifying new clients, analyzing their needs, conducting business negotiations, finalizing contracts, and ensuring follow-through.
Work closely with existing clients, providing service and product recommendations through proactive communication to maintain long-term relationships, enhance customer loyalty, and strengthen word-of-mouth.
Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience divisions to co-create and execute unified corporate strategies, driving market share.
Leverage deep hospitality sector insights to align business expansion with global operational standards. Provide strategic oversight that balances operational efficiency with tailored guest experiences, ensuring asset value preservation and sustainable brand equity growth.
Degree holder in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline. A CPA qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
Combined experience in finance, accounting, and business development/management is highly advantageous.
Prior experience in the China market is preferred; candidates should possess a fundamental understanding of Chinese business, tax, and legal regulations.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and government bodies.
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including fluency in Mandarin).
