Job summary

Savills Property Management Limited is seeking a capable Marketing & Business Development professional to support proposals, presentations and marketing materials for the Property Management division. You will write and translate in-house content, including staff profiles and case studies, and identify development areas for future business growth.

Applicants should hold a degree in related fields, have at least two years of marketing experience in the property sector, and be fluent in English

Qualifications

• Degree holder in business administration, marketing, translation, journalism or property related studies.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in marketing / property management industry is preferred.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Attentive to details, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in property related industry will be advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Marketing & Business Development in preparation of proposals, presentations and marketing materials for the Property Management business.
