Job Description

Reporting to senior management of Sales & Marketing, the Associate Director, Sales & Marketing - Property will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and strengthen market positioning across a portfolio of residential and mixed-use developments. The successful candidate will lead sales planning, project launches, branding and advertising campaigns, customer acquisition initiatives, digital marketing activities, CRM strategies, and stakeholder engagement programmes to achieve ambitious commercial objectives. Working closely with internal departments, external agencies, channel partners, and senior leadership teams, this individual will be responsible for maximizing sales performance, enhancing customer experience, monitoring market trends, conducting competitive analysis, and identifying growth opportunities. The role will also oversee marketing budgets, campaign effectiveness, lead generation activities, and strategic planning to ensure projects maintain a strong market presence and deliver outstanding commercial results.
