Job summary

Ocean Park Corporation is seeking a Business Development Manager for Travel Trade. You will develop and execute sales strategies across priority APAC markets, targeting growth in revenue through a diverse B2B partner network including tour operators, wholesalers, OTAs and agencies.

Fluency in English essential; Cantonese/Mandarin preferred.

Minimum 5–7 years in travel trade sales or BD.
Experience with theme parks, attractions, hotels, or large tourism products is ideal.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute travel trade sales strategies for priority APAC markets to hit targets.
Grow and manage a B2B partner portfolio (TOs, wholesalers, OTAs, agencies, MICE, consolidators).
Design and negotiate trade packages, promotions, and offers with marketing/ops teams.
Conduct sales visits, roadshows, webinars, and product trainings for partners.
Coordinate fam trips, site inspections, and trade events at the resorts.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity; provide pricing insights.
Collaborate with marketing on joint campaigns and digital initiatives.
Represent Ocean Park Corporation at regional trade shows and events.
