Job description

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Group’s leasing portfolio to drive partnership‑led growth, customer engagement and brand positioning across the key retail, lifestyle and commercial properties of the Group.

Develop and manage partnerships & activation programs across the portfolio through art, lifestyle & cultural initiatives, marketplace, brand pop‑ups, community events, etc., and collaborations with brands, agencies, event organizers, community groups and art & cultural institutions.

Work closely with internal stakeholders including leasing, marketing, operations and property management to implement partnerships and activation programs effectively.

Monitor market trends and recommend new concepts in retail, arts & culture, lifestyle, wellness, sports and related sectors.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, Arts Management or related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience with strategic & entrepreneurial mindset.
• Solid experience in driving successful partnership programs.
• Proven experience in business development, partnership management, retail leasing, activations management or related fields.
• Exposure to art, cultural and community programming is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua.
