Job summary

Hysan Development Company Limited seeks an Assistant Manager to join the Area Curation team in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. You will support tenant mix optimization, brand curation, and end-to-end leasing for lifestyle retail, F&B, wellness, and cultural experiences.

The role focuses on identifying prospective tenants, managing lease processes, and overseeing portfolio performance with a strong emphasis on stakeholder collaboration and market awareness. A competitive remuneration package is offered.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in leasing, asset management, or retail portfolio management.
• Proven track record in introducing new tenancy content to a portfolio with exposure to lifestyle, trendy brands, and/or F&B.
• Market-savvy with strong awareness of market trends and consumer behaviours; ability to access and attract urban/independent brands.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with commitment to incubating new startups and supporting tenant business growth.
• Well-organised, proactive, and able to achieve assigned tasks independently.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in partnership development or managing external stakeholders is a plus.

• Lease Management – Manage end-to-end leasing processes including lease documentation review and fit-out coordination.
• Portfolio Performance – Support P&L oversight and portfolio leasing progress tracking.
• Tenant Collaboration – Coordinate cross-departmental tenant collaboration initiatives to enhance exposure and business performance.
• Stakeholder Management – Undertake other duties as assigned by the team manager.

Job description

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join Area Curation team, to support the team manager overseeing the street precinct portfolio in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. This role focuses on tenant mix optimization, brand curation, and end-to-end leasing for lifestyle retail, F&B, wellness, and cultural experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Tenant Outreach & Acquisition – Proactively identify and engage prospective tenants for the Lee Gardens street precinct, targeting independent boutiques, lifestyle brands, premium F&B, wellness concepts, and cultural experiences that appeal to both local consumers and tourists
• Lease Management – Manage end-to-end leasing processes including lease documentation review, fit-out coordination, budget monitoring, and daily tenant enquiry handling
• Portfolio Performance – Support the team manager in P&L oversight and portfolio leasing progress tracking, ensuring financial and occupancy targets are met
• Tenant Collaboration – Initiate and coordinate cross-departmental tenant collaboration initiatives to enhance tenant exposure and business performance
• Stakeholder Management – Undertake other duties as assigned by the team manager
