Job summary

RecruitFirst Pte Ltd is seeking a results-driven Sales role based in Hong Kong to build and expand our sales network. You will identify and engage with quality business professionals and referral channels, approaching potential clients to present our services and assess client needs.

You will nurture relationships with existing clients via visits, calls, and emails, while developing new marketing and sales strategies including social media.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher required.
• Fluent English (C1) and Chinese (C1) with intermediate Spanish (B2).
• Minimum 3 years’ sales and marketing experience.
• Sales-oriented, persuasive communicator with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Build up the sales network.
• Identify and establish business relationships with quality professionals and referral channels.
• Independently search and approach potential clients to introduce company services and discuss client needs.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients through regular visits, calls or emails.
• Develop new marketing and sales strategies (social media, etc.).
• Participate in marketing events such as exhibitions and seminars.
• Coordinate with national and international sales network.

What requirements you'll need to be eligible

• Bachelor degree or higher, preferably majoring in international trade, international relations, translation and interpreting, business administration, marketing etc.
• Fluent English (min. C1), intermediate Spanish (min. B2), fluent Chinese (min. C1)
• 3 years’ sales and marketing experience
• Must be a sales-oriented, effective and persuasive communicator
• Self-motivated, result-oriented and able to work independently
• Other european languages desirable
