Job summary

Successful Engineering (Hong Kong) Limited invites a driven Business Development Manager to promote our capabilities in signage, shopfronts, facades, and metallic fabrication to clients in Hong Kong and beyond.

You will build and maintain key client relationships, identify new opportunities across construction, retail, hospitality, and property development, negotiate contracts, monitor market trends, and drive sales to meet targets with commission incentives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or business development within construction, signage, facade, or related industries.
• Network of contacts in property developers, architects, contractors, or retail chains is a plus.
• Commission-based compensation framework; target-driven.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights and advise sales strategy.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, with performance tied to commission incentives.

The person

• Proven experience in sales or business development within construction, signage, facade, or related industries.
• Network of contacts in property developers, architects, contractors, or retail chains is a plus.
• Highly self‑motivated, target‑driven, and confident working within a commission‑based compensation framework.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage.
